A Warm Welcome
Dear Parents and Friends,
Thank you for visiting our new school website.
I’m sure that all headteachers feel the same, but I know that Norbury Church of England Primary School is a very special place and I am delighted that you are interested in finding out a little more about us!
We are a small rural school, surrounded by nature and filled with laughter and learning. We know and respect our children as unique individuals and provide a positive environment for learning, opening up horizons of hope and aspirations for them. We want our children to leave our school equipped with the self-esteem, resilience, empathy, kindness, and ambition to succeed as lifelong learners and members of the wider world. Outdoor learning is important to our school and we can be found outside in all weathers, enjoying visits to our forest school site and fabulous outdoor learning areas.
Of course, the best way to find out more about our school ethos and community is to pay us a visit. You can be assured that a warm welcome awaits you. We are proud of our school and both children and staff enjoy sharing Norbury Church of England Primary School with visitors and friends. Visits can be arranged by contacting the school office at info@norbury.derbyshire.sch.uk or on 01335 324337.
